For most of her life, Avikaa felt like she didn’t quite belong anywhere. As a deeply sensitive person, she would quietly withdraw - from rooms, from relationships, from circles where she felt the wrong energy, the wrong values, the wrong version of herself being expected. She didn’t know then that this wasn’t weakness. It was discernment.
She grew up surrounded by the kind of world that rewards conformity and punishes sensitivity - where manners were weaponised, where ethical boundaries were blurred, where abuse was normalised so thoroughly that she began to believe it.That everyone goes through this. That this is just how people feel.
She suffered Mentally, Physically, Emotionally, Psychologically all alone without having proper support system and guidance in place. Her voice was suppressed. Her instincts were doubted. The guidance she desperately needed - a clear roadmap, a mentor, someone who simply celebrated her was nowhere to be found.
THE REALISATION

Isolation was - but only because I hadn’t yet found my people."
The pain didn’t disappear. But it found a purpose. She began to understand that everything she had been searching for - the guidance, the safety, the community, the clarity was not a luxury. It is a basic right and need.

Avikaa didn’t set out to build a platform. She set out to find the support system she never had - and when she couldn’t find it, she built it herself.
Coming from a conservative family in Punjab, navigating divorce, building a business alone in Mumbai without mentors, without a map, and without anyone who truly understood what she was going through - Avikaa learned early what it costs to build without community and support.
