Promotions that run on the Platform may be sponsored by companies other than the Company or may be co-sponsored by another company. K. Additionally, the Company further states that the Company tracks down some traffic data. We may also share your Data with YBF personnel as is relevant for the purposes set out above, and to facilitate the operation of our business.
iii.Our Sponsors: Your Data may be shared with YBF and other participating entities, who are termed as YBF Sponsors for purposes of promoting events, offering you products, services and benefits. Accordingly, we may share your Data with other YBF Partners and Service Providers and as a part of this unification your account information across several platforms may be merged, to offer You a single login for seamless experience. Members and attendees at an Event acknowledge and accept that YBF reserves the right to publish email contact details of the attendees at each Event. The contact details may be provided to other attendees, the speaker, the venue, nominated charities or other worthy causes (as determined by YBF from time to time). iv.Service Providers: We may share your Data with Service Providers. Examples include storing and analyzing Data, protecting and securing our systems, providing search results and links, providing customer service, credit analysis, processing your information for profiling, user analysis and payment processing.

i.The YBF Platform collects location data from the user's phone to streamline the pickup and delivery process. By accessing the device's GPS capabilities, the Platform accurately captures the user's current location, ensuring precise pickup and delivery address information. This enables seamless and efficient order creation, ensuring that the delivery service can promptly and accurately reach the designated locations.
B.Permission Requirements for Enhanced Platform Functionality In addition to location data, the YBF Platform may require the following permissions to provide an enhanced user experience:
i.SMS (Short Message Service): The Platform may request permission to access SMS functionality to automatically retrieve verification codes or important order-related messages, ensuring a seamless user experience during the verification and communication process.
ii.Phone: The Platform may request permission to access the phone functionality to enable direct calling for customer support or driver-customer communication, facilitating efficient and effective communication between all parties involved in the delivery process.
iii.Audio Recording: The Platform may request permission to access the device's microphone to enable audio recording for voice-based interactions, such as recording notes or capturing verbal instructions during delivery pickups and drop-offs. This feature ensures accurate and convenient communication between users and delivery personnel.
iv.Media Storage: The Platform may request permission to access the device's media storage to save and retrieve essential data related to order history, receipts, or user-generated content (such as photos for proof of delivery). This permission allows for seamless storage and retrieval of relevant information within the Platform.
Rest assured that all requested permissions are solely utilized to enhance the Platform’s functionality and provide a smooth and efficient delivery experience. YBF prioritizes user privacy and data security, ensuring that collected data is handled responsibly and in compliance with applicable privacy laws and regulations.
3. Compliance with Laws
A.The Company co-operates with mandated government and law enforcement agencies or to any third parties by an order under law for the time being in force to enforce and comply with the law. The Company will also disclose any information about you to the government and law enforcement agencies or private parties without your permission as the Company, in its sole discretion, believes it to be necessary or appropriate to respond to valid claims and legal processes, to protect the property and rights of the Platform or a third party, to protect the safety of the public or any person, or to prevent or stop any illegal, unethical or legally actionable activity. The Company may also provide your information to various tax authorities upon any demand or request from them
