Terms and Conditions for YBF Networking Platform Membership

1. Eligibility

- Provide accurate, complete, and current information; one account per person.

- YBF may conduct ID/KYC checks and may refuse or revoke membership for any reason.

2. Membership Overview

By purchasing a an annual membership, you gain access to our exclusive online networking platform. This membership includes:

- 8 online events (Language: English, Platform Zoom)

- A complimentary dream life planner

- Access to PAN-India groups

- The group will be functional from 10am to 7pm (IST).

3. Membership Fee

- Membership is personal, non‑transferable, and for the named individual only.

- The total fee for the annual membership is INR 9,999 plus 18% GST.

- Membership fees is non-refundable, and no prorated refunds will be issued for any reason, including dissatisfaction or cancellation.

4. Event and Session Participation

- All events and sessions will be held online via Zoom.

- Members are expected to engage respectfully and constructively during all interactions and events.

- The platform reserves the right to monitor all events and discussions to ensure adherence to community guidelines.

5. Code of Conduct

- All members must adhere to the platform's code of conduct and community guidelines.

- Any behavior deemed inappropriate, including harassment, discrimination, or negativity, will lead to immediate removal from the platform without warning.

- Be professional and respectful. No harassment, discrimination, hate speech, threats, obscenity, or unlawful content.

- Members are encouraged to report any violations of these guidelines to the admin team for review.

- YBF do not encourage political and religious discussions on the platform and in the community.

6. Research Responsibility

- Members are solely responsible for conducting thorough research when engaging in any dealings, business, collaborations, monetary transactions, hiring agencies, or offering jobs to candidates.

- YBF is not a party to, broker of, or guarantor of any member‑to‑member communications, introductions, or transactions.

- You must conduct your own due diligence. YBF is not responsible for any loss, wrong dealings, fraud, non‑performance, or disputes.

- The platform does not guarantee any work or outcomes, and we are not liable for any unfortunate situations arising from these interactions.

- Foreign entrepreneurs should thoroughly investigate and assess potential partners or opportunities before proceeding.

7. Prohibited Activities

- No fraud, impersonation, misrepresentation, phishing, spamming, scraping, data harvesting, or malware.

- No pyramid/MLM/ponzi schemes; no solicitation of securities, virtual assets, deposits, or collective investments unless duly licensed.

- No sale/promotion of illegal or restricted goods/services; no unlicensed medical, legal, or financial advice.

- Do not record, scrape, or distribute member content without prior consent, except when reporting suspected abuse to YBF.

8. Verification and Reporting Scams

- YBF may request identity/business verification at any time, especially upon complaints.

- Report suspected scams promptly with screenshots/recordings and relevant context. Malicious/false reporting is prohibited.

- YBF may investigate, suspend, remove members, and cooperate with authorities. Decisions may be made without prior notice.

9. Content, Recordings, and License

- YBF may record events for safety, quality, and training. By attending, you consent to audio/video recording and screenshots.

- You grant YBF a worldwide, royalty‑free license to use event contributions (name, likeness, chat, audio/video) for safety/moderation, service operation, and YBF promotions, unless you opt out of marketing use by emailing [support email] before the event.

- Members must not publish others’ images/recordings without consent; use evidence only for reporting to YBF or lawful authorities.

10. Privacy and Data

- YBF will process personal data per its Privacy Notice Privacy Policy. Data may be stored/processed in India, and other locations and shared with service providers and authorities as legally required.

11. Communications Consent

- - You consent to service and transactional messages via email, in‑app, WhatsApp/SMS, or phone. Marketing messages are sent only with required consent; you may opt out of marketing anytime.

12. Third‑Party Tools and Links

- YBF may use third‑party platforms. YBF is not responsible for third‑party terms, privacy, outages, or actions.

13. Suspension and Termination

- YBF may suspend or terminate access for any breach or risk to members or the platform. No refunds for termination due to your breach. YBF may remove content at its discretion.

14. No Advice; No Guarantees

- Event content is for general networking; it is not legal, financial, investment, tax, or medical advice. Outcomes, leads, or business success are not guaranteed.

15. Changes to Membership and Events

- The platform reserves the right to modify or cancel events, sessions, or workshops as necessary.

- In the event of changes, members will be notified promptly, and alternate arrangements will be made whenever possible.

16. Liability Limitation

- To the maximum extent permitted by law, YBF disclaims all warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.

- YBF’s total liability for all claims in any 12‑month period is limited to the membership fees you paid to YBF in that period.

- Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

17. Indemnity

- You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless YBF, its affiliates, and staff from claims, losses, and costs arising from your conduct, content, or transactions with other members.

18. Local Compliance – India

- You must comply with the IT Act 2000 and IT Rules, Consumer Protection Act, TRAI/DND/Telecom rules for messaging, and other applicable laws.

- Do not solicit or advise on securities/investments without SEBI registration, or conduct lotteries/chit funds. Comply with RBI/AML rules for payments. Provide GST details if applicable.

19. Taxes

- You are responsible for your own tax compliance. YBF may collect/remit VAT/GST as required by law.

20. Force Majeure

- YBF is not liable for delays/failures due to events beyond its reasonable control (e.g., outages, platform failures, laws, strikes, epidemics).

21. Governing Law

- These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Mumbai Jurisdiction without regard to its conflict of law principles.

- Any legal proceedings arising from this agreement shall be instituted exclusively in the courts at Mumbai.

- By purchasing a membership, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to all terms and conditions stated above.

Refund Policy

Refund Policy for Membership Fees

- All membership fees for the annual membership are strictly non-refundable.

- Once the membership fee has been paid, it is considered final and will not be eligible for a refund under any circumstances.

- Members are encouraged to fully understand the terms of membership prior to making a purchase.
